NOTE

  1. Client agrees to co-operate in providing necessary information when required.
  2. Additional charges will be applied for additional design, website pages, stock images/videos, photography and custom web programming.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment Terms:
50% of Deposit Payment on commencement of the job. Deposit Payment must be made before any work is started on a project. The down payment is non-refundable once The Designer / The Photographer have started working on design concepts or first design / visual were sent.

50% of Balance Payment on completion. The remaining 50% is payable to The Designer / The Photographer upon completion of the project, and before original artwork is supplied to The Client. When paying your invoice, please send an email to ‘message[at]dream- design.net’ to confirm that the payment has been deposited into our account.

Design:
Within 10 – 14 business days of receiving your design brief and information, design presentation will be provided in digital e-mail format. After a final design is approved, a digital graphic file format (.ai, .pdf and .png) will be provided. Further revisions will incur additional costs at The Designer’s current hourly rate or per job.

Product Photography:
Within 10 – 14 business days of receiving your information and product, a moodboard will be provide for proof, after the moodboard is approved, The Photographer will proceed the photography project and image preview will be send in digital e-mail format. Once the image preview is approved, The Photographer will proceed to photo editing. Further revisions will incur additional costs at The Photographer’s current hourly rate or per job.

Timeframe:
Depends on the project complexity and how long is the approval or feedback from the Client.

Logo Design / Brand Identity Design / Graphic Design: Average 2 – 5 weeks. Depends on the project complexity. Website Design: Average 1 – 3 months or longer. Depends on the project complexity.

Product Photography: Average 3 weeks – 1 month or longer. Depends on the project complexity.

File Delivery:
Graphic Design – After a final design is approved, a digital graphic file formats(.ai, .pdf, .png, or .jpg) will be provided.
Website Design – After a final design is approved, the website will be uploaded to the server and the website backup files will be provided. Photography – After the final image is approved, the image in hi-resolution .jpg format will be provided. No RAW images will be provided.

Delays:
Illness, injury, or other events beyond The Designer / The Photographer’s control, such as: fire, theft, computer failure, and Acts of God may result in a delay of unpredictable length.

Deemed Completion:
If no response is supplied from The Client to The Designer / The Photographer on notification that the project within 30 days, the project shall be deemed to be completed and the final invoice will be sent to The Client for payment.

Approval of Final Artwork:
While The Designer / The Photographer takes all care to avoid errors, The Designer / The Photographer accepts no responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information on any project committed to print or production. It is the “Client” responsibility to proof read and approve all final copy before the production of artwork. The email verification of the Client’s representative shall be conclusive as to the approval of all artwork prior to their release for printing, implementation or installation. No refunds or reprints are given after a final approved design has gone to print due oversights by “The Client’s” proof reading.

Storage:
After 6 months from your session date Bel Koo will no longer be responsible for storing your design or image files.

Copyright:
Design: Bel Koo retains full ownership of design concepts and materials it produces. Once a final concept is delivered to a client and full payment is received, complete ownership rights to the concept transfer to The Client. Unused concepts remain the property of Bel Koo. Bel Koo may still use paid-for concepts in its promotional materials, design portfolio and competition.

Photography: All photographic materials, including but not limited to digital files, negatives, transparencies, proofs, and previews, shall be the exclusive property of Bel Koo. Bel Koo shall own the copyright in all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions. The copyright of all photographs is owned by Bel Koo. We, the client, give permission to Bel Koo to use any image of our photo session for any general marketing and advertising purposes for Bel Koo. Bel Koo is entitled to use all images produced for i.e. exhibitions, editorials, digital and print marketing incl. social media platforms, publications, educational DVDs and websites, and/or display purposes.
